Tanya Street Joins Police for Forum about Human Trafficking in Newport News

Tanya Street joined the Newport News police for a forum in Newport News:

Here’s a excerpt from their report:

“It’s not by force, it’s by fraud… relationship-building,” said Newport News Police Lt. Michael Hudgins.

“There are so many variables as to what makes you vulnerable to being exploited,” Street said.
